Terms of Service
Last updated 18 October 2026.
1. What ZReport is
ZReport is software, operated by Colsha LLC, doing business as ZReport. We give food and drink merchants a website, a menu, online ordering and a point-of-sale till. We are a tool you use to run your shop. We are not a party to what you sell, and we do not sell anything to your customers.
2. Your shop is yours
Your menu, your photography, your copy, your customer list and your sales records belong to you. We store and process them so the software works. We do not sell them, we do not share them with other merchants, and we do not use one merchant's data to serve another.
If you leave, you can take your data with you. We will not hold it hostage to keep you subscribed.
3. Money
Where card payments are supported, they run through your own payment account, in your name, paid into your bank. ZReport does not hold your funds and is not the merchant of record for your sales. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes are between you, your customer and your payment provider.
Today the till records cash and card tenders and produces your Z Report. Card processing through ZReport is not live yet, and the site says so rather than implying otherwise.
4. What we ask of you
- Sell things you are lawfully allowed to sell.
- Describe them honestly — prices, allergens, availability.
- Do not use the platform to send unsolicited mail to people who did not ask for it.
- Keep your own login secure. It reaches real money and real customer records.
5. What you can expect from us
We will tell you what is finished and what is not. Parts of ZReport are still being built, and they are labelled on the marketing site and in the product. We would rather lose a signup than win one on a claim that is not true yet.
We do not promise the software is never unavailable. We do promise to say so plainly when it is, rather than going quiet.
6. Ending it
You can stop at any time and take your data. We can end an account that is being used for something unlawful, or that is putting other merchants at risk — and if we do, we will say why.
7. Limits
Software fails sometimes. Where the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before whatever went wrong. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we will email you before it takes effect rather than quietly editing this page.
